In 2013, Stewart Capital Partners acquired residential lots in Plymouth, Eden Prairie, and Prior Lake. As the market for new single family home construction continued to improve, these lots were offered to local home builders. The Plymouth and Prior Lake lots were sold to home builders in 2016 and the Eden Prairie lots were sold in 2022.
