Acquisition Announcement: Everwood Industries, Inc. Acquired by SCS Elevator Products Inc.

MINNEAPOLIS, MN – SCS Elevator Products (www.scselevatorproducts.com) located in Red Wing, MN is pleased to announce that SCS Sign Co. (a newly formed subsidiary of SCS Elevator Products) has acquired Everwood Industries, Inc., Chisago City, MN.
Founded in 2004, Everwood Industries, Inc. is a family-owned company that manufactures custom braille signage, award signage, and non-profit donor recognition products which are sold to customers across the country.
SCS Sign Co.’s acquisition of Everwood Industries, Inc. allows SCS to expand its manufacturing capabilities in its production of specialty signage given Everwood’s depth of experience in graphics printing, lasering, engraving, sublimation, and custom fabrication. SCS will retain all Everwood employees and will continue to operate this subsidiary out of Everwood’s manufacturing facility in Chisago City, MN.
