Everwood Industries Building Sells for $850,000

MINNEAPOLIS, MN – With the sale of its operations in September 2022, Everwood sold its Chisago City property to an entity related to SCS Sign Co. (www.justbraillesigns.com).
Chisago Group LLC closed January 31 on the $850,000 acquisition of Everwood’s property. The 14,534-square-foot building was constructed in 1995 on 2.09 acres at 10489 Liberty Lane. The one-story building has approximately 2,971 square feet of office space and is fully heated and air-conditioned. The price equals $58.48 per square foot.
