Stewart Capital Partners has been an instrumental partner in implementing a portfolio strategy to acquire foreclosed single family homes. This portfolio, created in joint venture with Atlanta-based Turnstone Group, consisted of 210 single family homes in the Atlanta, GA metropolitan area which were purchased on the courthouse steps in Fulton, Gwinnett, and Cobb County, GA. The homes were renovated and sold to homeowners beginning in early 2010 and ending in 2012.
