Stewart Capital Partners has been an instrumental partner in implementing a portfolio strategy to acquire improved and raw residential land in major metropolitan markets in the Southeastern United States. Through late 2012 this joint venture with Atlanta-based Turnstone Group has purchased over 9,000 finished or improved residential lots and over 5,700 acres of raw land.
