UMPhysicians group moving to Brookdale Corporate Center

University of Minnesota Physicians has signed a deal to lease 27,500 square feet ofspace at Brookdale Corporate Center 1 at 6300 Shingle Creek Parkway in Brooklyn Center. The property is owned by Bloomington-based Stewart Capital Partners. University of Minnesota Physicians is relocating from Columbia Heights and will move into its new space on Jan. 1, 2013.
Stephen Brown, executive director of the Healthcare Advisory Group for Bloomington-based Cushman & WakefieldINorthMarq, represented UMPhysicians, which signed a 1O-year lease, in the deal.
“We needed high-performance, efficient office space for UMPhysicians new Central Business Office, and we found it at Brookdale Corporate Center. Stewart Capital Partners provided exceptional customer service and integrity from the start of our property search through design and construction,” said Joel Schurke, vice president of strategy and business development for UMPhysicians, in a statement.
